hesitate to Contact Us Question: Where is the MediBand manufactured? Answer: The MediBand is manufactured at our facilities just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Question: Do I need to glue the MediBand onto the watchband? Answer: No glue is needed to attach the MediBand. It is held in position by a wrap-around friction fit. Question: Will I need to use special tools to attach the MediBand? Answer: No tools are required. The special alloy used to fabricate the MediBand is easily fashioned to the watchband by just using modest finger pressure. Question: Will the image chip off of the MediBand if I bang into it accidentally? Answer: No. Because the MediBand imaging technology is embedded into the smooth surface and not engraved, there is no paint to chip off. Question: Does the MediBand fit all watchbands? Answer: The MediBand will fit most all flat watch bands - leather, metal, rubber, cloth, etc. with a maximum width of about 3/4 of an inch. Ladies very narrow dress watchbands may not be suitable in this application. Question: I have several watches. Can I move the MediBand between watches? Answer: No, that is not recommended. Continued bending and re-bending of the MediBand, as with any metal, will eventually fatigue the band and cause failure. Because the bands are shipped in pairs, and that they are extremely economical, we recommend a separate MediBand for each watch. Question: How large is the MediBand? Answer: The dimensions for the flatten state of the MediBand are 1/2 of an inch wide and 1 and 1/2 inches long. Question: I am allergic to nickel alloy used in most medical IDs. Does the MediBand contain this? Answer: No. The MediBand contains no commonly known allergic compounds. Question: Will the weight and thickness of the MediBand make my watch feel uncomfortable? Answer: No. The MediBand weighs only 0.5 grams and will go totally unnoticed to the wearer. Question: Can I wear the MediBand in the shower? Answer: Yes, the imaging of the MediBand is not effected by water or most other household chemicals. Question: How long will it take to receive my order? Answer: In most instances, orders are shipped, via USPS First Class Mail, within 2 business days of being received. The cost to ship your entire order is $3.00.
